Does the color of the inflatable make any difference?

Boats come in many colors, but generally for pleasure boats, the most common are white and some shade of gray.  Many people want a white boat to complement the gleaming white mother ship.  White is also preffered in the tropics because it will be the coolest.  Gray has become very popular for its ability to hide the inevitable dirt and grime associated with cruising and in the work boat community.  Red or orange boats are popular for dive and rescue boats, where visibility is important.  Black boats are, again, popular for workboats, and is often used by the mititary and police.  In the end, the choice is yours.
